About Us

Ms. Kittredge began her fiduciary journey in 2008 when she launched her career as a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary, first as a sole proprietorship named California Senior Connection, and later expanding it into a full-service fiduciary corporation named CSC Fiduciaries, Inc. in 2017. She experienced firsthand the challenge of balancing quality client care with the administrative and operational demands of the business. She recognized a common roadblock shared by many solo fiduciaries—limited capacity to grow without taking on staff. This insight sparked the idea for FBS: a solution that allows fiduciaries to scale their practice by outsourcing time-consuming or less-preferred tasks to a trusted partner.
FBS was built to meet this need—offering skilled administrative, financial, and care management support to fellow fiduciaries so they can focus on what they do best by partnering with FBS and gain access to a professional team without the overhead, helping them maintain quality, efficiency, and work-life balance.
Prior to entering the fiduciary field, Ms. Kittredge worked in the insurance and financial services industry, holding Securities and Exchange Licenses Series 7, 66, and 63. Her early work guiding clients through investment decisions gave her a window into the challenges many seniors face managing their daily financial and personal affairs. This, in turn, led her to the fiduciary profession—a field that aligned with both her financial acumen and passion for helping others.
Ms. Kittredge holds a B.A. with Honors in Psychology from UC Berkeley and an A.A. with Honors from Diablo Valley College. She is a General Member of the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC), where she has also served in leadership roles including most recently, the President of the State Board of Directors.
